The Ethics and Compliance Hotline is a secure, confidential, and independently managed reporting channel for concerns about potentially illegal, unethical, or improper conduct especially when normal communication channels feel uncomfortable, impractical, or ineffective.

This service is available to all employees, as well as clients, contractors, vendors, and others in a business relationship with Orion Steel and its divisions. Reports can be made anonymously, and anyone raising a concern in good faith is protected under our Non-Retaliation Policy.
